At the NJPoolStore.com we like to be honest with our customers. That's why we have clearly listed our shipping rates and don't try to trick you with "FREE SHIPPING" and then charge you a "Handling Fee" like the other guys do!

We are a UPS/D.O.T. Safe Shipper. All of your chemicals will ship with the utmost care taken.

 
 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Most in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped within 24 hours.
  • Smaller non-chemical orders are shipped USPS 2 Day Priority Mail. 
  • Larger orders and all chemicals will be shipped UPS Ground and should arrive within 2-5 business days of leaving our warehouse. 
  • Ramuc & National Pool Paints ship direct from the manufacturers in New Jersey via FedEx Ground or Freight. Please allow 4-7 bus. days to receive your paint. Paints can only be shipped inside of the 48 states.
  • Pleatco filter cartriges are shipped directly from the manufacturer in New York via UPS Ground within 24 hours of your order and should arrive in 2-5 business days of shipment.
  • Orders with "Pre-Order" items will not ship until all of the items can ship together. See item pages for availability. "Pre-Order" items will be marked as such and show an estimated in-stock date.
If order is sent with USPS it will be a 2 day* Priority Mail Shipment. If the order is shipped with UPS it will follow the delivery times on the map below.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in NEW condition, in original packaging, and must have all parts, accessories and paperwork, for any reason within 30 days or receipt of order for a complete refund of the purchase price of the product and sales tax, if applicable. 
 
Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility. We will exchange or refund your purchase, as you request. Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited. 
 
*Items that have been torn open are not considered in "new" condition
 
*Opened products will be inspected upon return to determine if any re-stocking fee's are necessary. If an item is damaged beyond the ability to restock a refund will be denied and the customer will be contacted for the items retrieval or disposal. *Restocking fee's not to exceed 25%
 
You are purchasing products from our company. We offer a 30 day guarantee. We do not warranty products. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchased product, and it has been 30 days or more since you received your item(s), you must contact the manufacturer of the product to obtain help with fixing your product or obtaining a replacement. The recommended remedy is to deal directly with the manufacturer unless the product was delivered damaged due to a shipping problem. Please refer to the manufacturer if there has been a manufacturer defect beyond the 30 day mark.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY IF ITEM(S) WERE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING BEFORE A RETURN CAN BE APPROVED.
 
Items that have MANUFACTURER DEFECTS will be replaced at no cost to you. If you would like to return a DEFECTIVE item without a replacement you, the customer, will be responsable for return shipping fees.
 
Intex and GAME products that have manufacturer defects must be repaired or replaced through the manufacturer directly. If you would like to return a defective item for a refund instead of a replacement you will be responsable for the shipping back to us.

Pre-Order Items

 
You may notice some items are maked for in stock on a certain date and available for pre-order. Please note that the item will ship once it comes in (dates listed are not exact). If there is a pre-ordered item that is part of a multiple piece order, the order will not be shipped untill the pre-ordered items come in and the order can be shipped complete.
 
 
 
 
 

Help! My Order Is Wrong

 

Wrong Order – Our Mistake

If you placed an order and we made the mistake of shipping out the wrong goods, or if an item or items are missing, we will be responsible for the fees involved in the pickup of the goods and the shipment of the replacement(s). Wrong order does not include substitutions for a better quality item or slight variances in colors, etc. This is for completely incorrect items. Incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 DAYS of receiving shipment.

 

Wrong Order – Your Mistake 

If the order was a mistake on your part, you will need to pay for shipping back to us and the shipping we incurred to get it to you. You are responsible for your own mistakes on any order. If you place an order over the phone, you are responsible for the order as we can only order what you tell us. Please place your order online to be sure you are ordering the correct items. An email is sent to you with your ordered items. Confirm this information as soon as you order your goods to make sure its 100% correct PRIOR to shipping.

How to request a return:
 
1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account. If you have forgotten your password please enter the email address you received your order confirmation from us and select "i forgot my password".

2.) Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button

3.) In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

We are sorry for the problem you are experiencing. We do our best to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. However, there are problems we do encounter with 3rd party processors. 

Paypal will loop you back to our page for many reasons. The number one reason would be your information being inputted different on our page from the paypal page. If you experience this problem please confirm that the information is EXACTLY the same between the 2. Also, if you continue to be stuck in this loop please close your browser and return to our site. Your cart items should have kept but you will now be able to check out. If paypal keeps giving you this issue please try another payment method.
